Deposits and Payments
Most packages only require a minimum deposit with final payment, usually due 45 days prior to departure. We offer payment plans should you need one. Airlines dictate the rules for the payment of airline tickets. Some, but not all, packages require full payment on the air within 24 hours of making the reservation.
We frequently hear “this is my honeymoon and I will never cancel”.
There are circumstances that could cause you to change your trip, delay your return or require you to return home early.
Honeymoon packages should include travel insurance to protect your travel investment. You can change your travel dates or cancel with a full refund (minus the cost of insurance) at any time prior to departure for any reason.
Once you start traveling the insurance will cover you for unavoidable events that cause you to return home early or extend your stay.
The most common reasons to change or cancel or change a trip:
- Winter storms or hurricanes may disrupt flights.
- A family member cannot attend and the date needs to be changed.
- Illness or death in the family.
- Accident or injury that requires an early return home.
