Complete the “Online Check-In” form at least 24 hours prior to departure or at the time of boarding.
Final Boarding Time Policy
All guests must be on board the ship, at every port, no later than one hour prior to the departure time noted on their cruise documents.

Cruise around the Hawaiian Islands
Cruise Departs Every Saturday From Honolulu
The Pride of America ports in Honolulu with departures every Saturday to cruise around the Hawaiian islands.
A pre or post-hotel on Oahu is an added adventure for your first and last stop on the Island of Oahu.
Oahu is the business center of the islands and the main shipping port for the State of Hawaii.
2 Days in Port on the Island of Maui
Enjoy 2 nights and 1 full day in Port on the east shore of Maui.
Rent a car and drive yourself or arrange for sightseeing activities.
Tours are available or you can rent a car for sightseeing.
Overnight on the Island of Kauai
Kauai shore excursion enjoy a speed boat ride to Napali Coast in Kauai.
Upon departure from the port in Lihui Kauai the ship cruises along the Napali Coast during daylight hours for spectacular views of the rainforest and mountains.
The Big Island’s proper name is the Island of Hawaii.
The ship will port for 1 day in Hilo where you can book a helicopter tour of the Kilauea Volcano. The ship departs at sunset to cruise overnight and arrive in Kailua Kona Town on the Kona Coast which is famous for its coffee farms and sports fishing.
NCL Cruise Travel Cancellation Policies
Standard Policy: 75% to 90% credit for a future sailing depending on the policy you select at the time of booking.
Norwegian Cruise Line will provide guests who cancel for a non-covered reason with a future cruise credit equal to 75% of the non-refundable cancellation charge to use on their next cruise with us.
For guests who upgrade to BookSafe Platinum Protection, this credit is increased to 90% of the non-refundable cancellation charge.
Insurance coverages are underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Affiliated Companies.
The benefits provided in this program are subject to certain restrictions and exclusions including the Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion. Please read this brochure in its entirety for a complete description of all coverage terms and conditions.
How Pleasant Holidays reimburses under this Waiver:
If you cancel your cruise before the scheduled departure, for any of the specified reasons listed under Part A of the plan documents, Pleasant Holidays will reimburse you in cash.
If you cancel and your reason is not covered you will receive a Future Travel Credit that can be used for any destination, land or cruise, that is served by Pleasant Holidays.
Norwegian has a guest satisfaction program onboard designed to handle any concerns. All issues are handled by guest services quickly and efficiently.
Airport Ground Transportation
Ground Transportation is available for purchase on all Air/Sea and Cruise-only reservations. Transportation requests for the cruise-only guests will require the guest’s independent air information.
TSA Requirements
TSA requires your full name as it appears on your passport, those without this information, you can be denied boarding the aircraft.
REAL ID Act
The new airline travel restrictions will take effect state by state for U.S. citizens traveling by air domestically.
